They told us all about the op and what way it was goin to happen and as it was my first op it put my mind at ease. All the way through the treatment the staff couldn't have been more supportive and helpful they made the time i spent there easier.
The whole transplant takes about 8 hrs and is professional done by the staff at smile.

Overall the professionalism of the staff was very good. I would however encourage the nurses performing the procedure to let patients know that if they have any pain that they can inject more anesthetic.
